Learning them to collaborate and meet the demands from new generations, for new innovations, new ways of working and new technology.
Right back when Elisabeth first founded the company in the 1990s, she began to investigate what makes relationships, collaborations and organisations successful. Since 2001, she has helped leaders in a wide range of organisations, and she has a broad-based practical experience from assignments where fear, defensiveness, low levels of trust and a lack of openness have been the biggest obstacles.
Elisabeth loves to help create productive and socially sustainable organisations. She holds an Executive Master's degree in Neuroscience Leadership and is certified within Radical Collaboration, The Human Element, Customer Relationships, Implicit Career Search, LEAN and Brain-Based Coaching. She is also an International Coach Federation (ICF) credential holder.
Lars-Erik has since 2001, in a variety of corporate line roles and as a change consultant, been fascinated by behaviour and how we encounter one another when we work together. During this period he has observed how a lack of trust and openness together with apparent fears all too often characterise change assignments.
Lars-Erik enjoys developing organisations that are sustainable over the long term, with a focus on collaboration and a holistic "organisational" perspective on the entire process of value creation.
He is certified within Radical Collaboration, FIRO, LEAN and Process Modelling, and as a mentor.
