Learning them to collaborate and meet the demands from new generations, for new innovations, new ways of working and new technology.
Right back when Elisabeth first founded the company in the 1990s, she began to investigate what makes relationships, collaborations and organisations successful. Since 2001, she has helped leaders in a wide range of organisations, and she has a broad-based practical experience from assignments where fear, defensiveness, low levels of trust and a lack of openness have been the biggest obstacles.
Elisabeth loves to help create productive and socially sustainable organisations. She holds an Executive Master's degree in Neuroscience Leadership and is certified within Radical Collaboration (she is a Master Trainer), The Human Element, Customer Relationships, Implicit Career Search, LEAN and Brain-Based Coaching. She is also an International Coach Federation (ICF) credential holder.
Elisabeth works in a broad network of consultants where she, together with the client, decides which consultants is best suited to carry out the assignment.
