Our business concept is to make visible, utilise and contribute to developing our customers' ability to create successful companies and organisations. Our objective is therefore to find the best solution on the basis of what our customers need to achieve what they want.
Our dialogue with the client often results in us customising a programme together. The programme can include everything from a number of meetings, to help the customer get started, to a longer development programme.
In our customised programmes, we often alternate experience-based exercises, group dialouges, individual reflections and insightful theoretical sessions to get a deeper learning that lasts. In addition to this the programmes sometimes include coaching the participants, giving them assignments and asking them to share experiences with the other participants between meetings. This will help both the individual to grow as a person and the organisation to create a learning environment.
